I grew up in the UK in a small, alternative and cosmopolitan village. I spent most of my teens and twenties performing in theatre, music, and later dance. I became interested in physical culture and using my body age 14. I started going to a gym and training in various martial arts. I became a personal trainer but it never quite fit for me, so between performing I worked in cafes, restaurants and bars for many years.
I moved to Switzerland in my early twenties and have spent most of my adult life living in Basel. I kept performing and searching for something else to put my energy into.
My own injuries, mostly accidents as an adult, led me to research rehab methods very extensively before discovering massage. Here I found a passion that crosses many interests I have. I love working with the body and helping people, so it is an ideal fit for me.
