Strength & Flexibility

Strength and flexibility training is part of a good foundation of movement. Here we will go over progressions to build whole body strength, moving in different planes, mastering bodyweight, utilising weights where appropriate, and developing a base to build from.

Strength is much more useful when the body has the mobility to express it, we will use a variety of methods to increase whole body flexibility, to build healthy movement patterns, and keep the body working well.

This workshop is about movement quality. We learn the movements well, keep it challenging but doable. I want people to be healthy in the long run, strong, mobile and injury free.

Basic strength work, push ups, pull ups, squats, lunges...etc using bodyweight exercises, weights, rings, and whatever else is effective in developing a holistic approach to getting stronger and more flexible.
