If you would like to feel good in your body, this workshop could be for you! James enjoys facilitating this process in others through bodywork and movement. It is a way to connect to your physicality, to the body, the vehicle through which we experience the world.

This workshop will explore various aspects of deeper connection to your body, yourself and other people. through the use of exploratory solo, partner, and group movement concepts and games, we will discover new ways to perceive how we move and move with others. We will explore options moving in varying patterns, in familiar and unfamiliar ways, to look at the way we do things differently.

What you'll need:
- wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving around in
- please bring a 15CHF donation that allows us at CCN to keep bringing you fantastic monthly events!

Structure:
As always we will begin with a half hour of aperos, so feel free to drop in any time between 19:00 - 19:30 to sign in and mingle with old and new friends. At 19:30, James will begin his workshop.
The cost of attending will be 15CHF cash at the door, which goes towards keeping CCN alive and thriving.
